Terms and Conditions for the Rise Festival 'Golden Ticket' Competition

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition ("Competition") is open to individuals who are aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry and who reside anywhere in the world ("Participants").

1.2 Employees of Rise Festival Limited ("Organiser"), including but not limited to DJs and freelancers contracted by the Organiser, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate in this Competition.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1 To enter the Competition, Participants must have purchased a ticket or package for the Rise Festival using the same email address as used for entry ("Qualifying Purchase").

2.2 Entries must be submitted before 11:59 PM (GMT) on the 5th of July 2024, which is subject to confirmation ("Entry Deadline").

2.3 Each Participant is limited to one (1) entry. Multiple entries by the same individual using different email addresses or any other methods will result in disqualification.

2.4 Participants are required to provide the following information during the entry process:

- Full Name

- Email Address (used for the Qualifying Purchase)

- Mobile Number

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition begins at 12:01 AM (GMT) on the 1st of June [year] and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT) on the 5th of July 2024 ("Competition Period").

4. Prize Details

4.1 The Grand Prize ("Golden Ticket") includes:

- A full refund of all purchases made on the winner's account associated with the Qualifying Purchase.

- Access to all after-party events during the Rise Festival.

- Access to a Bongos Bingo event of the winner's choice.

- Access to a festival feast of the winner's choice for the winner and their party.

4.2 Ten (10) runners-up will each receive after-party wristbands granting access to after-party events during the Rise Festival.

4.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 The winner of the Golden Ticket and the runners-up will be selected through a random draw conducted by the Organiser. The draw will be cross-referenced with booking information to ensure eligibility.

5.2 The winner and runners-up will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the Entry Deadline.

5.3 The winner must respond to the notification email within twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected through a re-draw.

6. Publicity

6.1 By entering the Competition, Participants agree that, if they win, the Organiser may use their name, likeness, and any footage of them at the Rise Festival for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6.2 The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Organiser, including but not limited to being filmed on-site celebrating and using the Golden Ticket experience.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that could damage the reputation or integrity of the Competition or the Organiser.

7.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any Participant arising from or in connection with the Competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7.3 In the event of illness or cancellation by the winner, no refund or alternative prize will be provided.

7.4 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the Competition at any time without prior notice. In such an event, only the value of the package up to the point of Competition close will be refunded; no extras will be provided after the Competition closes.

8. Privacy

8.1 The personal data of Participants will be processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.rise-festival.com/terms/privacy_policy.

8.2 Participants' personal information will not be shared with third parties without the Participant's prior consent, except as necessary for the administration of the Competition or as required by law.

9. Additional Terms

9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and the Organiser concerning the Competition and supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to the Competition.

9.2 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
