Payment

All customers can manage and view bookings here

If you have booked via a payment plan you would need Rise Festival to cancel your payment plan which would enable you to pay the full balance in one.

If you have paid by deposit the balance due date will be on your account when you log in.

If you are paying via payment plan, your instalment is taken on the same date every month.

Yes you can, simply choose a payment plan at checkout for the amount to be debited from your account monthly. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase with a deposit. You may then log in and pay any amount each month. Some people choose to log in each month and pay an amount from their balance, others pay everything upfront. It’s completely up to you.

If you don't have the funds right now, Rise can now be purchased through Klarna. There are a few ways of doing this...

PAY IN 3:

Split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. The first fee will be a total of £139 and a deposit of £133.

PAY IN 30:

Pay nothing when securing your trip in the mountains, and pay the full total fee after 30 days.

If there are any issues with making a payment then they can work with you directly to manage the payment terms.

Rise Alpine apartments are a selection of hand picked apartments from various buildings in the resort in the centre. They aren’t one exact location as they are in various buildings across the resort. Saying this, they are all located primely within walking distance of the slopes, bars and stages.

Within 3 weeks of the Festival you will be notified of the name of the building you have been allocated to. If you have friends who have booked under a different name do let us know and we will make an effort to ensure the apartments are near each other.

Depending on where you have booked, check-in is on average around 3pm-5pm on the 7th.

Rise will notify you of the specific time and location of your accommodation check in, if you have booked through us.

Ski & Board

The lift pass is active from the Sunday 8th Dec in the morning until the last lifts on the Friday 13th Dec. You can collect this on Saturday 7th, so you are ready to go for the first lifts on Sunday! If you want a lift pass outside of these times we recommend buying it once you are in resort just for the day.

Ski and Snowboard equipment hire is available now! There are also upgrade options for 'Premium' and 'Elite' Equipment hire to choose to help improve your ski/board performance with a better standard of equipment.

Ski and Snowboard lessons are available to book later in the year. These are the options:

1. Absolute Beginner 15 Hour Course - the clue is in the name!

2. Beginner Short Course 9  Hours - a great way for those who need some support to move up to steeper slopes, picking up speed and practising turns.

3. Intermediate Refresher Afternoon 2 Hours - An afternoon guided by an instructor to ensure you feel confident for the rest of the week.

You will be notified of which hire shop you have been allocated to before the festival. Where possible Rise will always try to allocate you to the nearest shop to your accommodation (if you have booked through Rise). Pick up your hire on the afternoon of the 7th Dec, ready for the first lift on Sunday morning! Return your hire by Friday 13th.

The hire equipment waiver is sold through a third party called Pre Fit. They are the best in the business for negotiating claims with shops and ensuring if you do need to make a claim, it is as fair as possible. The excess for the equipment is: standard hire: £200 and premium is £230. Poles are not included. Full Terms are in our Ts and Cs!

Accurate and particularly efficient on hard snow, thanks to an advanced technology, the skis from Elite range will attract the most demanding skiers.

Travel & Arrival

We would advise booking flights as soon as you can for the best deals. A lot of the flights by budgets airline may not be out yet. We would recommend looking on SkyScanner to find the best priced flights for you and setting alerts for the route you want.

Geneva is the most well connected airport for Rise, serving both international flights and budget airlines to all over the UK. These flights are usually available the earliest in the year, so are more likely to grab a bargain. Lyon and Grenoble airports are closer but the flights do not come out until later in the year.

Yes! There is plenty of parking in the resort too. We recommend pre booking parking and also carefully checking the route and weather conditions before travelling. The mountains can be dangerous, make sure your car is well equipped with snow chains and emergency kit. You can find extensive advice on this on websites such as the RAC.

There are plenty of options when it comes to booking transfers. For Geneva, you can book directly with Rise Festival, these are available in the spring.

External companies for other airports typically do not release until later in the year.

Your first point of call is the Rise Arrivals- located in the main town square by the Jandri lift- use the address 5 Place des 2 Alpes, 38860, to find it!

Each person can collect their festival wristband with their e ticket, however the lead booker may only sign out the lift passes. We hope you can understand our strict policy on this.
