Payment

All customers can manage and view bookings here

If you have booked via a payment plan you would need Rise Festival to cancel your payment plan which would enable you to pay the full balance in one.

If you have paid by deposit the balance due date will be on your account when you log in.

If you are paying via payment plan, your instalment is taken on the same date every month.

Yes you can, simply choose a payment plan at checkout for the amount to be debited from your account monthly. Alternatively, you may choose to purchase with a deposit. You may then log in and pay any amount each month. Some people choose to log in each month and pay an amount from their balance, others pay everything upfront. It’s completely up to you.

If you don't have the funds right now, Rise can now be purchased through Klarna. There are a few ways of doing this...

PAY IN 3:

Split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. The first fee will be a total of £139 and a deposit of £133.

PAY IN 30:

Pay nothing when securing your trip in the mountains, and pay the full total fee after 30 days.

If you want a lift pass outside of these times we recommend buying it once you are in resort just for the day.

Travel & Arrival

We would advise booking flights as soon as you can for the best deals. A lot of the flights by budgets airline may not be out yet. We would recommend looking on SkyScanner to find the best priced flights for you and setting alerts for the route you want.

Geneva is the most well connected airport for Rise, serving both international flights and budget airlines to all over the UK. These flights are usually available the earliest in the year, so are more likely to grab a bargain. Lyon and Grenoble airports are closer but the flights are more limited/

Yes! There is plenty of parking in the resort too. We recommend pre booking parking and also carefully checking the route and weather conditions before travelling. The mountains can be dangerous, make sure your car is well equipped with snow chains and emergency kit. You can find extensive advice on this on websites such as the RAC.

There are plenty of options when it comes to booking transfers. For Geneva, Grenoble and Lyon you can book directly with Rise Festival now.

External companies for other airports typically do not release until later in the year.

Your first point of call is the Rise Arrivals- located in the main town square by the Jandri lift- use the address 5 Place des 2 Alpes, 38860, to find it!

Each person can collect their festival wristband with their e ticket, however the lead booker may only sign out the lift passes. We hope you can understand our strict policy on this.
