Please ensure you have filled all guest details in all the required fields. If you don't have information for the required fields please put NA.
You will only be able to have access to the e-tickets if you completed the ‘set up guest’ registration and have ‘made selections’ for equipment hire.
You can also change or upgrade any guest equipment hire if needed.
The deadline for amending guest details is 21st Nov.
Les Deux Alpes
Rise Festival is centrally located in Les Deux Alpes. During the week you have the whole resort to explore at your disposal. There are so many, fantastic local restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and cafes that are getting ready to go for your arrival.
E-tickets will automatically be sent 2 weeks before the event on the 25th Nov only if you have checked in and paid your balance. You can download them beforehand if you want to though.
Check in details for accommodation are sent on the 25th November, including deposit amounts, check in times etc. You can find info on the accommodation you booked on the below page.
This will be communicated with you by the 25th November.

Arrival time: Arrival transfers are within 3 hours of landing at Geneva Airport.
Meeting for arriving at Geneva Airport: Our airport representatives can be found in Terminal 1 at our desk next to the Tekoe Café, opposite the UBS bank machines. Turn LEFT when you enter the arrivals hall. Please go to our desk as soon as possible as our representatives may be able to get you on an earlier transfer
L2A > GVA
Departure time: These are 7 hours prior to your flight (arrive 2 hours before the flight departing, 5 hours estimated travel time to account for any weather-related delays)
You will be contacted the day before travel via Whats app or SMS and e-mail with your exact pick-up time. Please respond to this message to confirm receipt.
