FAQs

Transfers

To book your transfer, you’ll need your flight details and accommodation details to hand. Simply purchase your/ your groups journey and give us your flight information on the check out page. Our partners at Alpine Fleet will do the rest to make a schedule based on your flight times and communicate this with you.

Allocations of departure time from the airport are made based on your flight arrival time and aim to be at a maximum 2-3 hours after you land.

For departing transfers the time is calculated for you, to ensure you have enough time to check in for your flight, between 2-4 hours before your take off time.

Your allocated times will be communicated to you by Alpine Fleet via text message.

Waits are no more than 2-3 hours after landing at the airport. Allowing time for border control, picking up your luggage and a toilet stop!

Look out for the Rise and Alpine Fleet (labelled “GTG”) stand in the arrival areas, from here a rep will check you in and take you to your transfer.

Geneva- All transfers are from the Swiss side of the airport.

If you have booked a package with Rise, select "I have booked my package through Rise Festival" and we will allocate you stop for you.

If you have not booked a package with us (i.e. ticket only) please select point 1, 2 or 3 when booking. You click each stop below to see where they are in the resort. If you really are unsure, we advise choosing stop 3, as this is the centre of the resort.
